Hello @user_70k858 are you able to share more details about the billing issue? Most of the time we need to work in a direct message to review billing details, but there are some resolutions we can help with in a public post. Have you made any recent changes to your plan? When you change services in the middle of a billing cycle you will see pro-rated charges and credits on the next bill. If you see a specific charge that's incorrect please let us know. Such as a specific type of fee.
