Billed for a service appointment I was told would be free of charge

I am being billed for a service appointment that I was assured I would not be charged for. Prior to this appointment, I had another technician come out and attempt to fix an internet stability issue. He failed to do so, as such I was told another more specialized technician would be able to come free of charge to assess the issue. The second tech stated he found an issue that should fix my problem but the issue has persisted. Moreover, I was charged for the visit that I was assured would be free of charge.

Hello @user_ukgvd0 I am so sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. Being charged for an appointment you were promised would be free is a serious oversight, especially after the underlying issue with your internet stability was not resolved. I completely get your irritation. To better understand, were you charged for both appointments?

Thanks for confirming @user_ukgvd0 if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
