If you need to locate your account number, there are several easy ways to find it. On top of your bill you will find your account number is listed on your monthly billing statement. Online through Xfinity.com. You can sign in to your account at Xfinity.com. Navigate to Account and Identity, under Account Details, you'll find your account number. And, using the Xfinity Mobile app by signing in with your Xfinity ID and password, tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, and select Account Settings. Under Account Details, tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number.
