Look I need to speak to a live representative I'm tired of going back and forth with this AI or whatever y'all got with Xfinity it does not make no sense that we have to go around around in circle with this fake chat person I'm trying to get extension on my bill for the 15th and it keep giving me until the 10th but they told me I can pay between the 10th and the 15th I need to talk to a live person this is very sad I'm just going to cancel my service because I think they overpay me anyway cuz I already pay my bill but June they got me at 198 really that's not right
