Bill

I need to speak to a live person. I signed a 5 year contract as a new customer and now you’ve raised my bill after 2 months. I have the stream package which Netflix is included in and you are charging me an additional $10 for Netflix. I need a live person

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
