Hello, @user_7i2hdl how are you? Did you get a confirmation message after enrolling? The seasonal hold program works slightly differently in each market. We can enroll and review general information about the seasonal hold process using the link listed. We'll want to double-check how long your hold or request for a hold was made for and how many times a request for a hold was requested in the past year.
