Bill too high [Edited]
July 19th, I have chat 3 different places and talk to 2 foreigners good people bad communication. There hard to understand or you have the people talking to a ai .that doesn't understand. I have been a good client to xfilinty never missed a payment. You give me TV service and it's garbage service. You play the same thing every day every week every month. Before you blame on some think else. You can ask the screaming company to change there stere. You put your fees on us as customer. My bill is to high, that's why I was calling today to get help .just to find your going up again next month. And if I down grade price doesn't change much. So both people tells me.
