Hello @user_nqz08t! Thanks for visiting Xfinity Forums for help with your billing concerns! Have you recently had a promotion expire? You can tell the changes in your recent billing on the monthly statement, on page 3. You will also be notified of any upcoming changes like a promotion expiring, about 30 days before it does.
