Bill shows I owe 100 still

My monthly bill is 144.58 a month. My bank statement and the app shows I paid 44.58 on the 1st, 50 on the 8th, and 50 on the 15th. Yet the app says I still owe 100. I have paid the bill every month and this is really upsetting. Please help me get this fixed

Hello Jergreen11, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. Are you scheduled to pay on the 8th and 15th of August or are you talking about last month's billing? If you are talking about August, once those payments are made you will see the adjustment on the app within 72 hours.
