Bill payment removed/
I was at the river town Xfinity and needed to cancel my bundle well the guy said it was taken care of got home looked at my phone and that same amount is still there. How long for it to go through???

Hello user_y8efzi. Thanks for much for taking the time to visit our Xfinity store and for reaching out to us on our Xfinity forums for help with the account details. I'm sorry to read that you need to cancel the bundle, but I'm happy to help in any way I can. If you closed the account and cancelled all services you will receive a final statement by mail with the billing end date showing as of today or the date you requested. The online details will not update until the next statement posts and the order is completed. You will notice that your services will continue for about ten days after the date requested for cancellation. This allows for us to make any adjustments that may be needed. The billing will end as requested, but the services will continue if you still have equipment compatible with the services.
