Bill payment processing or lack there of. Transactional Bill processing incoming/outgoing.

Check payable to comcast maled 12/21/20. As of 1/24/2021 on line shows no credit on my acc't. I  understand USPS delays due to covd-19, but later deposited transactional USPS mail to other companies credit was processed.  Seen. read numerous complaints from your customers on this subject. 

Your incoming/otoging mail processing, Gov't Relations dept, along with Trump appointed postmaster general Dejoy  need to  rectify this serious issue now.
