Bill is always wrong - can not talk to ANYONE.

My bill has been wrong every months for 6 months. I have spent countless hours talking to people, back and forth from security to billing and back again. Anytime I call it is not helpful. My account is merged with another account that is NOT MINE. I don’t know why this is so hard to talk to someone who can help.
