Bill increased upon moving

I moved just about a month ago, and used all the same equipment to set up WiFi at my new place. My plan has been $40 a month for the last year, but my new bill is $70 (it says it includes a $10 discount for paperless billing). I need help getting back on my old plan of $40 a month, or I will be cancelling and looking for another provider.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
