Bill Increase

Why did my monthly bill increase from $50 to $58? I have NO change in service but merely upgraded my personal modem/router.

Even if you upgraded your personal modem/router, Xfinity's backend processes could have identified discrepancies in your account, leading to a rate adjustment. You won't be retroactively billed, but your account should now reflect the correct charges going forward. For clarity, you can refer to your Xfinity billing statement
