Bill Increase

Out of nowhere, my bill for internet just increased $30. Especially with the COVID situation, this is more money than I am able to pay. Are there are any promotional offers to get my bill back down to around what it is at? I would hate to have to switch providers.

"Out of nowhere"

Notices of changes to your service and any increases to your plan can be found on your billing statement.  If you're on autopay it is your responsibility to read your billing statement every month.  If your service increased that much your promotion has ended.
