Bill Goes up but can’t get anyone to dig this line…going on 6 months now
I have called 6 times to talk to a customer representative to ask them to send someone to dig the line under ground and nobody ever come by to do it. They send a person out to look at the problem that I am complaining about be that person says they’ll put in a work order to have a crew come dig it… then nothing. I am getting ready to cancel with Xfinity, our bill has gone up $42 but I can’t get them to move something hazardous out of my lawn/driveway. Kids can’t even ride their scooter because it catches on that wire.
