Bill extension
My bill was due on 7/1! Last week, I went on chat on Tuesday to ask for a bill extension to 7/4! While on chat, the agent told me my bill would be extended but was more interested in me switching my cell phone provider to comcast! I said I wasn’t interested at the moment but please send me a receipt or something saying I would get the bill extension! No receipt was sent & my account wasn’t updated saying so! I went back on chat on Thursday to ask for the extension to 7/4! The first agent said I was getting the extension, then I was transferred to another agent who tried to get me to switch providers, then transferred to 4 more representatives who couldn’t handle giving me the bill extension & after all that, the last representative said oh your trying to change the name on your account?! So then I finally asked for a manager! So a manager called me, told me I was getting an extension then went on to try to AGAIN get me to switch providers so I said no just please send me something saying I’m getting the extension! No email or receipt sent my way! No update on my account! Fast forward to today, 7/2 & they’re trying to take the money out of my account! DO BETTER XFINITY! Your customer service is AWFUL
