Bill due tomorrow. Service still not restored.

Service out for over a week. That's roughly 25% of a bill cycle. Do I get a 25%(or more since it's not up yet) credit? Should I pay? Wait for restoration? Doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. This should be a clause to break contract and move to a more stable provider in the future? Lost 5 work days so far. Another probably tomorrow as well. Can't have this happen again. Especially when smaller isps like EarthLink, Hughes net, etc are all operational around me. Att also is fine. Xfinity has handled this like a lost child trying to find it's mommy.
