I can definitely understand why seeing your bill jump from $35 to $85 would be frustrating. Billing increases can happen for several reasons, such as the expiration of a promotional discount, changes to services on the account, equipment charges, or adjustments to taxes and fees. I would be happy to take a closer look and identify exactly what caused the increase. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging " icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
