@user_w23jal Thanks for adding a post to the community. Changes to the bill can happen for different reasons. When was the last time you renewed the promotion? Have you checked your last statement for any extra charges, or purchases? Check your statement to verify the difference with this link https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history.
