BIG10 Network Blackouts

WHO is getting the MAJOR ISSUE between the BIG10 Network and Comcast resolved ?  It absolutely appears NOTHING is being done to get US, The CUSTOMERS, the programming we are paying for to watch Washington, USC, UCLA and Oregon athletics !  I spent and hour on the phone today getting credit for Blacked Out programming I PAY FOR !  The first 30 minutes just trying to get through your Chat Bot to an actual Customer Agent. Ignoring this issue will not make it go away. 

BTW.... DO NOT give me your canned statement about Authorization from the universities to show their games !  The UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON leadership tells me it is 100% on Comcast !
