Big Time Help Needed for 30 year client

Mobile Service Totally Messed Up

My cell phone account keeps showing up under my soon to be ex wife's name, despite considerable time and effort on both our parts to change. We have had service on Internet about 30 years, and cellular serve probably 15-20 years so a lot of interrelated. Our divorce is final June 2nd. By the way your rep on the phone just shared her new address which my wife had not shared with me.

I solved Internet by cancelling the service.

I have relocated to Costa Rica and I now believe the advice given my by your associate at the Fresno CA store is likely misleading.

I cancelled roaming but can still make calls. According to her I have unlimited data and texts and calls. I am making calls from Costa Rica to US numbers with no problem even without roaming

I would request you have a well trained and knowledgeable staff person call me to sort this out. Otherwise it might be easier to go to another US wireless service and import my number.

Thank you.
