Big Green Box in Front Yard

Hi there, I have a very large green Comcast box in my front yard that is a waste of space, the lids is half off as well with minimal cable in it. Compared to neighbors it's 4x bigger than everyone else. Can this be swapped for smaller box as my yard is small and I'd like to gain more space. Thanks in advance!
