BIG 10 Sports Network

Blackouts for UCLA, Washington, USC, and Oregon Athletics are once again, STILL causing US, The paying customers, To miss ALL programming on the BIG 10 Network !  This is ridiculous and getting to the point of anger !  YOU are the cause of our frustration and continue to ignore the fact we are paying for unfulfilled services we are PAYING FOR !

WHO is working to get this resolved ?  Don't point the finger at anyone else !  We want the programming we are paying for.

Good afternoon @user_dbfs39ie, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it and hope you are otherwise having a good start to your weekend. As a college football fan, I understand your frustrations and where they are coming from. We do not have the rights, currently, to broadcast games airing on Big 10 Network for the following teams:

University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)

University of Oregon (U of O)

University of Washington (UW)

University of Southern California (USC)

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to bring those games to you in the near future. Most of the games for these universities may be available on other channels, networks, or streaming platforms though. For alternate viewing, you can try the following:

-Say “UCLA football” (or something similar) into your Xfinity Voice Remote .

-Use the C button on their Xfinity Voice Remote to launch the X1 Sports app.

-Use the on-screen guide to find affected games that may be available on other channels.

We appreciate your feedback and hope we can broadcast those games soon.
