Beyond Frustrated with Customer Service

I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity. I have been speaking with an agent everyday, sometimes 2 times a day, trying to resolve this issue. I am issued a refund for $252 back to my card ending. Every agent I have spoken to has given a different timeline of when I will receive my refund. Initially I was told 5-7 business days, I waited and no refund. Then I was told 24 hours, still no refund. I was then told 24-48 by 2 additional agents, still no refund. Then I was told 12 hours, still no refund. I spoke with an agent this morning who stated no supervisors are available but I will receive a call from a manager within the hour, that was 10am and I still have not received a call from a manager. I proceeded to talk a 3rd agent today who told me I would receive an email within 1 hour for confirmation (never received that) and I would receive my refund of $252 in 2-3 hours. I still do not have the refund. I am being given false information constantly. I am so frustrated this is not resolved, after two weeks contacting Xfinity every single day for hours at hand.
