Beyond disappointed
Second time I'm writing this. Was unable to submit the first time. Add that to my list of Beyond disappointed. I was trying to add Max to my account. Nothing but trouble. Customer service representative actually gave me information to someone else's account by mistake. Breach of confidentiality of information. Just said he was sorry. Then spent time on the phone trying to repackage to add max. That is 3 hours of my life I'll never get back. They sent him a valued customer of 19 years, a diamond. Sure didn't feel that way.
