Beware... the X1 Premier Pro package is no longer available
X1 Premier Pro package is no longer available which means if you change your plan you will lose EPIX ($9/mo) and TMC ($12/mo). I was trying to roll my X1 Premier Pro package into a two-year contract to reduce the monthly fees. Boy, did I [Edited: "Language"].
In Xfinity, they have applied a credit good for six months of EPIX and TMC ($108) then the cost will go from $263 to $280. I appreciate the credit, but after being a customer for 33+ years, I expected more. I am looking at cutting the cord in six months.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
