Beware of xfinity

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but after six frustrating years with Xfinity, I feel compelled to warn others. If you think Xfinity is offering you a good deal, you're mistaken.

From the start, our experience has been nothing but a headache. Their service is inconsistent and unprofessional, and getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. When you finally do, be prepared for the runaround. They claim to offer the best deals, yet there are no senior discounts available.

To make matters worse, our bill skyrocketed from 160 to200 without any warning—this is just one of ten times it has fluctuated. I’ve never seen our bill go down; it’s always on the rise! They promise one thing and deliver another.

Good luck to anyone considering Xfinity. I strongly suggest you look for a better provider. Save yourself the stress and frustration!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
