Better way to show appreciation for our customer support folks
I would like to see a better, easier way to show appreciation for the great customer support staff. To be honest, the overall service of Comcast/Xfinity is a bit lacking. I have had some pretty egregious issues, but NEVER with the customer support folks, they are ALWAYS great! Professional, good natured, polite, you name it these folks are the top. That said, there does not seem to be a really good way to let them know it. They deal with grumpy and frustrated people all day and all week but somehow maintain that special quality you want in an associate. Would like to let them know that. Thanks.
