Better Business Bureau

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and plan on contacting other methods. Selling false promotions is not a great sales tactic I do not trust Xfinity anymore and I’ve been a customer for 8 years and of all the times now they want to pull some sneaky, fraud, scamming their customers. Originally called just to lower my bill Xfinity is the one that offered this great deal that they will not honer..what they do is offer you this great deal lower your bill, get free this get free that, no contract and then proceed just to send you a order for a free mobile Xfinity line that’s how sneaky they have become. Beware and while I’m calling to complain about their deceitful lies their trying to sell me more offers instead of resolving the issue..I do not trust this company anymore used to think it was a great company up until now hopefully the BBB investigates this I can’t be the only person they’re lying too

thought we could trust them. That’s where they get you with the no contract part..they say no contract so literally no order exists and the order they send you is for a mobile line so that gets pushed through everything else is a straight up lie very sneaky.

Supervisor said I should have read the fine print. lol I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of a fine print if I was offered something with no contract..super upsetting like I said I been a customer for 8 years never had any issues with them ever there really is no reason to lie to me I’m already a customer been a customer. Thought I could trust them and for them to pull something like this is very disheartening thought they were better then that.
