I am writing to share my appreciation for one of your customer service representatives who assisted me today, September 21, regarding an issue with my internet service.
I believe his name was Mole, although I could be mistaken. My call lasted approximately 1 hour and 16 minutes, and my call log shows a time of 5:55 PM.
I was extremely frustrated during the call because my internet was not working after picking up my Xfinity equipment. As we worked through the issue, I eventually discovered that there was already another active internet service at the rental property. He was able to help me understand the situation and schedule an appointment for later next week.
What I want to emphasize, however, is how exceptional his customer service was. Despite my frustration, which was not his fault, he remained completely polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire call. He sat with me through the process, took his time, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed.
His customer service skills were beyond amazing. I actually feel bad that I was so frustrated, because he truly did everything he could to help me. I would love for this message to reach him and for his supervisor or management team to know how much I appreciated his patience and kindness.
Employees who demonstrate this level of professionalism deserve recognition. I hope you can identify him using the date, approximate time, and duration of my call and share this message with him.
