I have had an outage for almost two weeks now even though my power came on Monday 7/15. On Tuesday, I received a notification that my service was to be restored by Friday, 7/19. That didn’t happen. I haven’t received any notifications or updates since Tuesday, 7/16. This is absolutely ridiculous. I work from home, and I’m having to use my cell phone hotspot to work the bare minimum. When is my service going to be restored?! All of my neighbors have power and internet, so I have no idea what the issue could be.
