Berthoud/Loveland Area Internet Outage

There's an outage affecting the Berthoud/Loveland area again (3rd time this month).  The first update said "We've identified some network performance issues in your area and you may experience an temporary outage".  Now it switched to be even more vague with no details or ETA. 

Why Xfinity feels like this is a good process for running their outages is beyond me. Even basic details or an ETA go a long way.
