Being ripped off after I canceled my service over 3 weeks ago.

I canceled my service about 3 weeks ago, for some reason I'm getting charges $76 for the line still and next month I'm getting charged $26 on my card for auto pay still?  When I called in to discuss charges with customer service they were rude and didn't even explain the charges,just said they were good.  This don't even make sense, cause when I asked how much my bill was she explained it was $40 for the line and $25 for line service.  That's less than what I'm being charged.
