Being lied to about refund
On 10/16/2023 I noticed that I was charged for an extra payment that I did not authorize. The only one I authorized was a scheduled payment for 10/27 so that I'd have enough time to catch up on my bill completely without falling too far behind.
I spoke to a rep via chat and they initially claimed that I made a manual payment on 10/13 which is absolutely false and I stated that I did not authorize that at all. I got connected to two additional people after that and they agreed to refund me the money. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for it. 5 days passed and nothing.
I spoke to another rep, and they told me it would arrive 10/23/2023. Today arrives still nothing. I'm already struggling due to bills and accumulated debt trying to catch up on said bills, and this set me back considerably. It feels like I got robbed. I need a resolution to this.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
