Being billed after cancellation
I cancelled my internet service in store, and returned my equipment, on 12/30/23 and I was billed $60 today. I tried to schedule a call for cancellation and the request didn't work. Can someone please check my account and confirm that it's been cancelled?

Hi, @user_3sot46! Thanks for taking the time out of your morning to contact XFINITY over our forums page for help with checking your account to confirm if it's been canceled. We will surely miss your business. I am sorry to learn that you never received that call. We are the right team to assist. One great option to check on the cancellation services is in the XFINITY app. Once you log in, you simply select the overview section. Have you tried checking on the XFINITY app yet or online via our website? The reason why ask is that you can still use your Comcast.net email address if you logged into your account in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service and your email account will remain active as long as you access it at least once every nine months.

No problem, @user_3sot46! We are happy to pull up the account to research this further. To ensure I pull up the correct account, please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
