Being asked to return equipment that we don't have.

Hi.

We are being asked to return equipment that we don't have (4k Cable Converter Wifi). We've never had it, but have been charged for a very long time for it. I've tried multiple times to have it taken off our bill, but it's still there. I cancelled Xfinity because of the continuing charge and now we are being asked to return the mystery equipment. We have not had cable for 15+ years. What should I do?

On a Desktop:

Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
