Bees nest

We have a very large bees nest in an Xfinity pedestal in our backyard. We need someone sent out to remove it.

user_673ed5 You will need to hire a professional to remove the bees/hive as our repair teams don't do that.

@XfinityShawn your pedestals are locked. There is no way to remove it without your involvement.

@XfinityShawn also this has been a reoccurring issue and they sent a tech and a beekeeper out in the past. This is your equipment that you have an obligation to maintain. I would like this escalated if you are unwilling to help us as this is a hazard at this point.
