Bees nest inside pedestal in yard

Hello, 

There is an active bees nest inside the comcast/xfinity pedestal located in my yard. The pedestal is clearly compromised and the bees makes it unsafe for anyone near my property. I expect this will also be an issue for any technicians who may need future access to the box.

I've reported this previously, but it has not been addressed. Please tell me how I can get someone here immediately to remove the bees.
