Bees nest in Xfinity Pedestal

Hi:

We found bees in our Xfinity pedestal. Unsure how to proceed. Other posts say to DM Xfinity. Since this is part of the utility easement, has Xfinity covered the cost of retrieval?

Appreciate anyone's assistance on this. We are located outside Houston, TX.
