Good evening @user_p2w3iu, and thanks for letting us know about those bees. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can let our local tech team know, so they can get someone out to safely remove them.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Our technicians don't handle any kind of removal or extermination of beets/insects etc that may occupy pedestals. Customers must make sure a technician can access all areas in and around their home to complete any work when needed. Because of this, customers might need to remove bees or wasps from lockboxes. If a technician thinks it's unsafe to handle, they may ask the customer to hire a professional to remove the hive before finishing the work.

Who is right???
