Been without TV and internet for 4 days now
I noticed you all took down the way you can automatically apply for credit. I should have 4 $15 credits, not 2. As my service has been out for 4 full days

Hey there! We are trialing a simplified service interruption credit experience for customers in certain divisions. Qualified customers will receive a one-time $15 credit when reporting their service interruption through the Xfinity Status Center on the My Account. Customers do not receive $15.00 per report.
Any additional credit requests for service interruptions are processed per our normal crediting policy which is the; number of days without service divided by the monthly billing charges in the 30-day cycle. https://comca.st/3qy1vXq Agents can process these credit requests here, over the phone, and through our chat support team at https://comca.st/3k0DlCp
To have a credit applied to the account, could you send me a private message including your first and last name and the numbers associated with your service address. To send me a private message, click on "ComcastBrie" and then click send a message.
