Been with an agent for over an hour, NO HELP

I've been on a chat with an agent for over an hour. he asks me a question and then disappears for 20 minutes. the questions are not even related to my account, just vague questions as if to stall for time. all i want is to renew my service for the price i am already getting. this is ridiculous. rotten customer service.
