Been waiting on a ticket for my address for 3months please help speed up this process please

My family and I have moved into a new home and have been patiently waiting for a ticket for our address. I’ve been giving many different dates but still nothing has happens PLEASE HELP

Please help I’ve been in our home for 6months now, it’s a new community every street has internet except our. Even the streets with houses still being built have service. Our street is complete and has been for months and still no one has come. We have been given every excuse every lie that you could think of please please help us. I need internet service for work my daughter needs it for school please this is beyond exhausting and I don’t know who else to turn to.
