Been trying to reach the billing department for the last two days
Whenever I call, I have to wait through the unnecessary automated system, to finally be told they are experiencing technical difficulties. No option to be called back, or get to talk to anyone in customer services. I have an open ticket that hasn't been resolved in three days.
