Been Trying For Months For Help...Let's See If This Works
I had new Xfinity service started in July of 2024 and when they installed the fiber, the installers cut a buried line that powered my septic pump causing major issues with my septic system. I contacted Xfinity customer service and they opened a trouble ticket and damage claim. Xfinity sent a technician out and he verified that the installers had cut the line to my septic. I had the repairs done and forwarded pictures and details to support my damage claim.
Xfinity support told me that the claim would be under review. Well it sat in review for weeks and then they closed the ticket with no response or resolution. I once again contacted customer service and remained with an agent for nearly an hour where he assured me that a credit would be applied and some form of compensation would result from the damage claim, but nothing happened. This was back in September 2024.
I'm convinced that Xfinity customer service has no intent on resolving my problem - they only want to make me go away. So far, my experience with Xfinity customer service has been less than good - actually bad because they've only given me the run around while seeming extremely nice on chats or phone calls. I'm even disappointed that Xfinity chooses to not have email support - I guess no paper trail is a good thing when they may be operating a shadily. I hope that this forum chat can put me in contact with someone that can help. We'll see.
