Been on hold over an hour

I received a voicemail from xfinity that I would like Xfinity to hear so they can do some coaching as the message is completely unintelligible. I’d also like for someone to tell me why the call was made. Who can I email this voicemail to so they can hear it? I tried calling but I spoke to 5 different people whose first language is not English and they were unable to assist. Would it be possible to speak with someone whose first language is English? Thanks!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
