Upgraded to 26 ultra didnt like it instantly.  started return had problems from day 1 getting xfinity to provide a return label after several weeks of evening phone calls that n ever took less than 75 min, the agent suggested I take the 26ultra to ups myself an

I can certainly understand how disappointing it would be to encounter issues from the very beginning, spend several weeks trying to obtain a return label, and then have to make multiple lengthy calls without a resolution. While customers can often obtain a prepaid return label through the Xfinity Digital Return Center customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns or by visiting a participating UPS Store, I understand that your experience was not that straightforward. We want the return process to be as simple and convenient as possible, and I'm sorry it has not been in your case.
