been a customer over 30 years. tried to make a payment and your web site says relosd
trying to make a payment on line and i am block. i was told that i have to drive 1 hour to your store with cash to pay. you blocked me oline tp pay my bill for no reason my money never bounce i always paid for 30 years. i dont drive now retired have only the web to pay my bills. what is going on.
