Been 11 days and Xfinity has still not shipped my set-up equipment.
Hello,
I purchased an xfinity Wifi service plan 11 days ago and received an order confirmation. However, xfinity still has not shipped my modem or router to my service address. I've spoken with multiple customer service representatives -- one claimed my order had a tracking number, but the tracking number he provided does not work. The second representative said that she had put in another order and I would receive a confirmation email - I never received that confirmation or the equipment. Please help. Thank you.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
